Jikiden Reiki has remained more traditional than most other styles of Reiki and may be known as more of a spiritual healing method.

  • Helps with healing /removal of bad habits and mental clearing processes eg. Self judgment, alcohol, drugs, sugar and fast food etc.

Karuna Reiki


Karuna Reiki energy has a more focused feeling to it and works on all the energy bodies at the same time. Karuna translates to “Compassionate action” in Sanskrit.
